GOOD LUCK
Best of luck to all our athletes taking part in the Leinster XC this Sunday in Dunboyne. We are looking forward to a great day of competition and hopeful of some good results once again. Details
of start times and a map of where to find the course are up on www.athleticsleinster.org. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time, as Leinster events are very busy indeed with lots of
traffic delays and big crowds. U10’s should be at the course by 11am latest and U12/14’s by 11.20, to allow time for check-in, warm up etc., as athletes will be taken to the start line well ahead
of their event. Late arrival causes unnecessary stress and upset for the athletes. Theresa will have all the club numbers, so you do not need to go to the check-in tent, just find the Greystones
group on the course. We will bring the red club banner to help you to locate us. MOB for Theresa is 0868635797, in case you can’t find us.

ADULT CLUB MEMBERS
Delighted to report that despite the terrible weather last Tues night, there was a better turnout for our adult road run and reports are that everyone who comes along is really enjoying it.
We hope that the numbers will continue to grow week by week and that we will soon have several groups out enjoying these runs. The group meets at the track at 7.15pm, and after a short warm-up
various groups, from absolute beginners to regular runners, head out for a run over various distances.Runners of all abilities are welcome, but remember, you do not have to be a runner to come
along to any of our adult sessions, as beginners are very welcome. Running is something you can take up at any age, so why not join in the road run on Tues.nights while the kids are on the
track or try a Fit4Life session on Mon or Wed. at 10am or 8.30pm
