TRIP TO EUROPEAN TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS
The European Team Championships were held in Santry, Dublin over the weekend and a group of Greystones athletes & coaches spent a very enjoyable day watching 1st class athletics and collecting autographs from top athletes. The highlights of the day had to be watching both women’s & men’s Irish teams winning their 4 x 400m relays. Many complimentary comments were passed throughout the day, on what a great group of supporters GAC were.  Well done guys……. you made a great impression!

REGISTRATION CARDS
Many of you have now collected your athletics registration cards, but there are still a big number remaining. Please ask for these at check-in, if you haven’t collected it yet. For the younger athletes we would suggest that parents come down and collect them, as they are likely to get lost otherwise and they cannot be replaced. These cards entitle you to a 10% reduction at Woodies. Cards for recent registrations may not have arrived yet.
