UPCOMING EVENTS
The club AGM will be held in Shoreline Sports Park (at the track) on this Thursday 23rd Feb at 7pm. Please make an effort to attend and see how our club is progressing and how we function
on a day to day basis. We promise to keep it short and while we would love some new volunteers on the committee and the coaching staff, we promise not to put pressure on anyone to take jobs. We
have about 250 juvenile members and a growing number of adults, so the place should be packed out!
Our Awards presentation for 2011, will take place in Shoreline Leisure Centre (swimming pool) on Sunday 11th March at 2pm. Like last year, there will be awards for Attendance, Attitude &
Achievement, our usual awards for 5 year, 10 year membership, a number of Special Achievement awards and our Athlete of the Year! Light refreshments will be served after the presentations!
Please note that Greystones AC will once again be taking part in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. We hope that a large number of our athletes and coaches will be available to walk with us in
2012…….an Olympic year! Please let coaches know immediately, if you intend
to be part of the club group at the parade!
