APPROPRIATE TRAINING GEAR
Athletes are reminded to bring a light waterproof jacket to training sessions on Tues and Wed as we are outdoors nomatter what the weather is like. Groups 1&2 should bring one on Fri as well as most will be doing a run outside, aswell as the indoor session. Many of our young athletes are wearing unsuitable footwear when coming to training. Please ensure that you haveproper runners, preferrably with fabric uppers and a good thick sole that will minimise the impact when striking theground.
Recently a number of athletes have become very careless about paying their weekly €2. This is very unfair to those who do pay all the time. As these fees are what pay for the hire of the track and the hall, entry fees and other costs, it isessential that everyone pays their weekly subs.

The adult road running programme continues on Tues & Fri evenings, with Tues sessions starting from the track inCharlsland and Fri sessions starting from Shoreline Hall. The Fit4Life sessions on the track on Mon/Wed/Fri alsocontinue at their usual times. Details from Theresa on 0868635797 or from our web-site or facebook page.

Those who ordered and paid for hoodies can collect them from Theresa at the hall this Fri evening. Otherwise they can be collected at the monthly shop which will be open in the room behind the reception area at the track, on the last Fri of every month. Shop open on Fri 26th Nov.from 6.30 –7.30pm. Orders will be taken if sizes are not in stock.
Attendances are being counted up and details of the trip and those eligible to go on it will be published shortly. Keep checking the web-site for details.
